Second generation

Jean-Baptiste Terrien

Jean-Baptiste was born in Trois-Rivières on March 16, 1669 and was baptized on March 17 in the parish of Immaculée-Conception.

On October 11, 1700 in Trois-Rivières, he married Marguerite Laspron (Lampron), daughter of Jean Laspron dit Lacharité. After their marriage, we find them in Île d’Orléans, where are born their first two children and subsequently in La Durantaye where a third child was born. From 1706, they lived in Trois-Rivieres and Nicolet. Ten children were born of this union, six girls who were married and three boys, who provided the progeny.
